Shipping policy

If you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us within 30 days and get your money back. Please use the original packaging (plastic bag and shipping box). The returned item must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed, with hangtags and hygiene inserts.

How does the return work?

• You pack the items you want to return in the original packaging.
• Please log in to our customer centre: https://account.zoaswim.com
• There you select the item you want to return and click on "Request return". Please tell us why you would like to return the item. This helps us to make the products better.
• We will check the return and send you a return label for the return shipment. You bear the costs for the return shipment. These are EUR 3.90 within Germany and EUR 9.90 from other European countries. 
• If we have received the goods and the condition of the item meets our return conditions, we will refund the purchase price minus the return charges.

How and when will I get my money back?

We usually need 1-3 working days to process the refund. Depending on the payment method, it may take a short time for the amount to be credited. The refund is usually made using the payment method originally used.
